Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any future modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Scaled Solutions Co offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• Website Revamp & Updates
• Targeted Ad Campaign Management
• SEO Optimization
• UX/UI Design

3. Term of Service

The minimum term for all services is 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, services may continue on a month-to-month basis or under a renewable annual contract, at the Client's discretion. All services will cease unless a recurring monthly or annual maintenance fee is paid for continued management and support.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, no refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• General Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with design, layout, or content unless the service was not performed as agreed upon in the initial scope of work.
• Non-Functional Products: Refunds may be issued only if the delivered product (e.g., a website or digital asset) is non-functional or fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery of the final product. Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Scaled Solutions Co.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of final delivery for all website development and revamp services. During this warranty period, we will fix any bugs, errors, or malfunctions caused by our team or due to our development. Ongoing maintenance beyond the warranty period is available for an additional monthly or annual fee.

6. Website & Account Security

Scaled Solutions Co is not responsible for any website compromise, data breaches, or security issues caused by third-party attacks, including but not limited to malware, phishing, or DDoS attacks. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own ad accounts, website admin panels, and hosting platforms.

7. Domain & Hosting Responsibility

Domain management and web hosting are not included in our standard services unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing. If domain management is requested, it will incur an additional service fee, and the cost of the domain itself will be passed on to the Client.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of services.
• Maintain the security of your own accounts and credentials.
• Not share or disclose any internal data, employee information, or proprietary analytics related to Scaled Solutions Co.
• Report any issues or bugs within the 3-month warranty period for resolution.

9. Changes and Revisions

Minor changes or revisions to websites or campaigns will be included within the agreed-upon scope of work. Major reworks, rebuilds, or redesigns of previously delivered work will be considered new projects and will incur additional fees.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and we will provide any deliverables completed up to the termination date.
